ShekinahGO places a strong emphasis on the importance of leadership development. Our Intern Program serves as a platform to nurture and enhance leadership skills, employment capabilities, and capacity-building proficiencies.
1 Peter 5:2-3
2 Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; 3 not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock.
We are proud to offer recent graduates of our Recovery Program and any members of the community the chance to join our Intern Program at ShekinahGO. This initiative empowers them to take their first steps towards a fulfilling calling while leveraging their personal journeys to support others in their recovery. We firmly believe that individuals with lived experiences possess a distinctive perspective that can significantly contribute to aiding those currently in active recovery.
