PHASE ONE:
DISCIPLESHIP & FELLOWSHIP
Discipleship will be offered for new believers and for believers who have not experienced discipleship but would like to get grounded in the faith and the scriptures. This discipleship training will be offered daily and believers can choose how much involvement on a daily or weekly basis that works for each person to participate in.
9:00 AM: Chapel
10:30 AM: 12-Step Overcomers Program
11:30 AM: Community Lunch Break
Evenings will be filled with different activities such as: music / jam night / 12-step for those working during the day / information and prayer meetings / encounter night / live interview & testimonies / Sunday night celebration worship service / Alpha night.
PHASE TWO:
MISSIONAL TRAINING
Missional Training is for believers who are further along in their faith and would like to develop a mission lifestyle where they can learn to recognize their spiritual gifts and callings with much opportunity for practical service. Outreaches with local involvement and or becoming part of our ShekinahGO Teams which travel into regions throughout Atlantic Canada and beyond as the Spirit of the Lord leads and opens doors for fruitful and effective ministry.

PHASE THREE:
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,” - Ephesians 4:11,12
Our vision is to develop leaders to be effective ministers in the Body of Christ and their community. Participants will be given a wide range of opportunities to grow in their leadership and develop their full potential.
